On Friday, August 22, 2008 the Seattle and Virginia CS 1.6 game servers will go offline and will be unavailable until further notice. Branzone Inc will be switching co-location providers in their Seattle and Virginia locations and at the same time upgrading all their hardware to the latest technology available. That means new IPs for all our servers under Seattle and Virginia. I will announce the new IPs as soon as possible.
Branzone Inc will also be overlapping their game server services for two weeks to allow the players to switch to the new server. That means that the old servers will now become redirect game servers during that two-week period, redirecting you to the new game server. So pleas, don't forget to update your game server bookmarks and favorites!

PGN is proud to announce AF Warehouse as a community sponsor for PGN, a computer hardware and software store for the "Extreme Gamer".
Here is an exerpt from their About Us page, AF Technologies LLC started out with a group of hardcore gamers that
just wanted something more for their online experience. We all have
real full time jobs with families and limited amount of time to enjoy
gaming. When we did have time for gaming we wanted to play on clean,
lagg free servers with people that respected each other. After a short
time we found many other people were looking for the same thing.

Many people have asked me for this feature and I have long since promised that I was going to implement it in the JoinPGN.com web portal. So without any further adeu! I'd like everyone to know that JoinPGN.com now has PMS implemented. Please let me know in the forums if the PMS isn't working properly.
I have also fixed some quirks in the registration page where some of the texts are missing language file. This makes it look really ugly and kind of makes you think that I don't care about how the web portal looks to a user. Well, you're wrong! I do care, haha. And it's fixed now. Again please let me know in the forums if there are other web bugs that you see. Thank you.

I have updated the IP-to-Country database in the PGN CS 1.6 Ban System which now makes it 99.8% accurate on a country level when determining where someone is from based on their IP address. I have also updated the country flag images that the PGN CS 1.6 Ban System is using...that means when you look at the ban list, you will rarely see a field without a country flag. The update both makes our ban list a lot more accurate and aesthetically better than other ban systems our there.
On another note...
